Ask the doctors to fix the irregular rhythm immediately.

"Despite my desire to have my rhythm immediately restored, the doctors inform me that doing so may pose a significant risk of

stroke following cardioversion. 

This is due to my not receiving any anticoagulation therapy in the previous month, and also due to my late presentation (i.e., more

than 2 days following initiation of symptoms)."

This is a wrong response that could lead to potentially harmful results to the health.
